This was my first visit to this business.  After this snow storm we had... my SUV was a complete mess.  Looks brand new again.  So happy...  thank you all for your hard work.  I will definitely be back and recommend you to others.  The owner was very nice and is there on site.  Top of the line auto detailing service!!

I am in line with the previous review. I brought my vehicle in to be detailed. It took 2 weeks to get the car back as the owner calls me the day it was ready at 3:00 p.m. only to say that if I do not pick up the car by 5:00 p.m. it would be a week or so as he was going on vacation. I was 200 miles away when he called. I eventually got the car back and none of the promises were fulfilled. In fact, it had to be brought back as the trunk was never addressed. The bill was $250.00. They misplaced the floor mats (valued at $20.00 or so) and when I politely asked to please search the shop for them, the response was "your just trying to get some money back". Now, I could had gone to the car wash at the next block for $10.00, but I figured that I would try this business as the owner assured me that he could get the small scuff marks off the paint. Not only are the scuff marks still visible, I had to vacuum the back of the car to remove bugs at the back window that were never addressed. Probably one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a business. When leaving the business, the owner indicated that any attempts to litigate would be futile as he "knows the Judge". Hmmmmm.??

Charged over 120$ to clean just the inside, took a day and the back seat, floors under the front seats, streering wheel, radio and side of seats were still dirty. Asked he call us so we could get the car clean have never heard from him.

There is only 1 word they suck and I don't know why other car dealers use them
