Mike has been my mechanic for years. I started using him when he was in his old location many many years ago & followed him here when he moved. His shop is just a few blocks away from me. I've been to others..but always wind up back at mikes. Every year I go away in Aug for 2 weeks to an event that is a 6-7 hour ride away.. After I do the basic tune up.. I always have him do any required work before I go.. He never lets me down. This year I had him do breaks & he got my check engine light issue fixed corectly so I could pass inspection . Last year he helped with front end work I needed last min and got me on my way super quick & in time to make it for check in on time. He always makes sure I'm safe for my trip. Mike also always gets my work done quickly & correctly for me, and unlike other shops I've been to, he never tries to sell me on unnessary work I don't need. 👍👍👍👍👍

This has been the "worst!" Mechanic I have ever dealt with. Nothing but excuses on his end on why things were not fixed by the date he promised and why the so called fix he did is not working anymore. The level of professionalism is extremely low. Stay away!!

I had the worse experience with this guy, after I took my vehicle to get check out a few days ago. I arrived at he’s shop around 11AM and left my car there because it was having problems starting most of the times. He told me he had to do a diagnostic and would call me to inform me of the problem and the amount he would charge me if I chose to proceed on fixing it. He never got back to me during the rest of the day, and when I got there after work, nothing was done to the car, and he’s excuse was that he had to take a family member to the hospital, and that he would have it ready by noon of the next day. I left my car there believing this, which was my biggest mistake, and when I got back there the next day at noon, he’s shop was close. I had to wait for me over an hour standing there, and when he finally arrived, he didn’t even apologize for the long wait, and rushed to tell me that he now knew what was wrong with my car, and that the part necessary to do that job would be available in a few days. At this point I was very frustrated and angry with the lack of professionalism this guy had, so I told him to give me my car back so that I can take it to my regular mechanic which can do the job the same day. He then told me that if I wasn’t going to leave it in he’s shop for repairs, I had to give him $150 dollars for the so called time he spent on doing the diagnostic. I was furious and told him that there was no way I would pay him that much for a diagnostic, but he kept insisting that if I didn’t pay him for he’s time, he wasn’t going to return my car. To end this story, I had to pay the guy 100 bucks to get my car out of he’s shop that day, I wound up taking it to my regular guy which finished the job the same day in just three hours costing me $90 dollars covering parts and labor, and I know I should of done this in the first place, but don’t worry lesson learned.
