First time servicing my car and had a positive experience— everything went smoothly.  I found them professional, courteous and friendly. The place has a very relaxed atmosphere, as well. Highly recommend!

So, this is what I've found after going to Mike's several (4?, 5?)

Very honest: if they can't do something, they tell me; if they don't find a problem, they tell me...
Willing to listen to what the problem is... not in 30 second increments like the BMW dealer, but in depth
Willing to spend time; if they need to go on a test drive, they do
Honest pricing; not the cheapest, not the most expensive, fair
On time, on budget
