Nice attendants. After coming into town from a 7 hour trip from Michigan I stopped here to for the most part get the many splattered bug guts from a hot highway day washed off my otherwise clean Lincoln. I chose the least expensive wash for $9 and was told if I was not satisfied with the removal of bugs from windshield to come back around and they would send me through again. Very nice! Not one splatter of any dried bug residue was left the first time through. Well worth the $9.

The quality of my car wash is usually good, but not great. Even with the highest tier of wash I feel like there are always some missed spots, even if I go through a second time. Some parts just need to be washed by hand, I guess. The price is justified more by the speed and convenience than by the car wash quality.

I have a 2015 Dodge Ram 1500 come out of the woods Nov. 21 been deer hunting so I washed my truck at a regular hand held wand car wash.
Nov. 22 went hunting again got my truck dirty again,but I was going out of town for Thanksgiving on the  23 so I went to an automated washed and it happened to be Mike's.
I got a wash plus under carrigde and wax coating, it got 80 percent of the mud off some was left around my  exhaust and under my bumper and wheel wells.
That was to be expected but what I didn't expect was two scratches in the middle of my passenger side front door. I filled out an incident report with Mike's on Saturday the Nov. 25 when I got back in town.
They took pictures and two days later they sent a letter saying their equipment was in excellent condition and there had been no other complaints that day so odds are we didn't do it, here's two free washes have a nice day.
Well this was the first new vehicle I ever owned, it's garage kept and I Know that you " Mike's carwash" did indeed scratch my truck to the tune of 678.46.
If you can't do it right get out of the business or own your mistakes. We can work it out.
I wouldn't recommend you to anyone who wants to keep there vehicles looking new and retaining it's resale value. If you are looking for an over priced wash then go at your own risk of damage, Mike's is the place.

I have never had a customer service experience as a bad as the one I had with Mike's Car Wash. I went in to get my car cleaned and they busted my fog light. After making a claim the customer service rep called me and thought I was being ridiculous for thinking that it was their fault that they busted my fog light. They asked why I thought it was their fault that they busted it when my fog light cover had just a crack in it beforehand. I told them that when I went in I had a working, intact fog light, and when I left it was completely busted out. But apparently since I had minor "prior damage" it's ridiculous that I even suggest that they had anything to do with them busting it. Last time I will ever visit. Hope no one else has a scratch on their vehicle because if you do then they can trash it and get away with it under the umbrella of "prior damage." I have washed my own car since I started driving and my gf had bought me passes to Mike's for Christmas so tried it out. I guess I'll just stick to taking proper care of my own vehicle after my experience with Mike's Car Wash damaging it.
