Mike recently sanded and prepped a wood floor in a 100+ year old brick house I am refinishing. The floor was painted over and carpeted and was pretty sad looking to start with. My wife and I had removed the carpet leaving just the paint to contend with on top of the original floor. He got in and started working right away and during an 11 hour period just stopped once for a lunch break. He was like a machine working on the floor and exceeded every expectation I had. I will definitely be looking to hire him again for more work I will need done in the future! I highly recommend him, you will not be disappointed. You can tell he cares a lot about getting the job done right.

Mike does an exceptional job.  I had fir floors in a 100 year old home refinished by Mike.  He works as he describes on his website: with extreme attention to detail, neatly, and on time.  He showed up when he said he would and worked until the floors were done. His prices were half as much as all the other bids I received, but his standard of work was by far better than any "professional service" asking twice as much with half the skill.   If you are considering refinishing your floors and you found Mike's website, consider yourself lucky!  He's a great find.
