This year has been nothing but great news and moves. Thanks to mila I recommend her any day of the year. She's been nothing but awesome since day 1. We where able to find our new home for rent thanks to her she was really good at moving fast and getting everything together for my family and I,
And communication wise she's the best! If you have any questions or concerns she's quick to find or get you the answers you need.  And I really love her personality, she's not only great as a Realtor but as a person as well.  I'm more than satisfied with her work.

Valentina and Mila Realty havery been exceptionally helpful and responsive whenever we've needed it. We had to find a new place quickly, and our credit wasn't the best, but Valentina was friendly and understanding and found us a great place right away. She made a stressful time much easier. Simce moving in, whenever we've had an issue they've taken care of it right away. Management companies usually try to find a way to ignore you, but Valentina is always right on top of everything, and with a very positive attitude as well. I can't recommend them more from a tenant's perspective, and I'm sure she is just as great from an owner's point of view. Highly, highly recommended.

Valentina was amazing.  Very prompt and thorough with follow-up and very polite and professional.  When no one else answered their phone on a weekend, Valentina was ready to do business!
