I cant for the life of me find a DECENT salon in New Jersey. They dont know what they are doing with natural hair. A  strange woman named Miriam used a blow dryer and flat iron at the same time. I have NEVER heard of this technique. A waste of damn money and TIME!! It was completely rushed and I have a head full of hair.  My hair looks worse than how I came in. It usually takes 40 minutes to straighten my hair and she did it 5 minutes. I will be telling NO ONE to come here! People work hard for their money and it shouldn't go to waste!! If you are tired and don't want to put in effort stay home!

Walked in on a random Wednesday requesting a completely new look. The ladies at the salon were accommodating and fulfilled my requests. The facility is very neat and clean, costs are low, service exceeded my expectations. I'd recommend this shop to friends and family in the future

My girls and I have been going here for over two years for simple wash and blow drying. This weekend I decided to get a rinse. I stressed I didn't want permanent and she said a rinse wouldn't really do anything but highlight my grays and I was OK WITH THAT. Apparently chemicals were added because I have a lot of blisters and it's itching really bad. I go back the next day and they have the nerve to tell me to come back Thursday when that stylist is back. Are you CRAZY!! I can't wait until Thursday. After going twice and calling for a manager I still have no resolution five days later. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! No ACCOUNTABILITY, NO EMPATHY AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!

I use to go to the original Milagro hair salon on French street since I was a little girl once they closed down/changed owners I started coming to this one. I love coming here , I drive 45minutes here cause I know they do good hair. But I feel sometimes their pricing is not consistent at times and they just be making them up. Besides that the service is good here. I recommend Lucy.
