Good bites of food and variety of drinks. The Jalapeño poppers were good. Steak tacos were juicy. Banana pudding was enough for 8 people. Service was fast. It took about 20 min to get seated on a Friday night. They have heaters for outside seating.Food: 5/5
Milagros is a vibrant and energetic Latin / Mexican restaurant. It's teeming with a unique glow, the music, the colors, the atmopshere. It transports you to a beach-side shack or eatery in Cabo San Lucas or at least that's how it feels. The atmosphere just by itself makes you happy and shimmy your shoulders. And yes, the food is fabulous. Great flavors and confident preparation well complements the atmosphere. Also a solid selection of cocktails and beer. You cannot go wrong with the variety of tacos, as well as any of the tapas style appetizers. The Yucatan Fries were quite memorable as they were a bolder cousin of the every day potato fries. Finally, the price. Considering it is at the heart of downtown Redwood City, it is absolutely reasonable. But then with the food and the overall experience, it is a bargain. Milagros is a perfect spot for a date night, a group of friends to hang out, a family eating out, or anything in between. I can't believe it took me this long to discover this joint. I'll be back very soon. Vegetarian options: Great vegetarian selection or you can take out the meat. Parking: Paid parking lot across the street. Kid-friendliness: Although not designed for kids, you can absolutely bring kids here. Wheelchair accessibility: On the first floor. No issues.
Such a fun and bright place. Had a great brunch with friends. I would definitely go back! Our service was awesome too!Food: 5/5
My first time here,  I had gone here for a Holiday lunch for work. Upon entering the vibe is very inviting. Even if they were busy,  we were greeted and seated right away.   There was so much decor to look at. We ordered: 1. Sangria pitcher - Strong and tasty, not overly sweet. 2.  Chips and salsa  - All the salsas were amazing but that day I was leaning more towards the pineapple. 3.  Jalapeno poppers - Not spicy but crunchy and flavorful. I couldn't get enough of this. 4.  Veggie quesadilla - This was delicious but looked like it was more spinach and mushrooms.  I didn't see the epazote my co-worker was talking about. 5.  Quesabirria trio - I was not impressed with this,  I was actually happy I didn't order this.  It was lacking. It wasn't cheesy or super flavorful. It was kind of bland even after dipping it in the consommé 6.  Artichoke enchiladas - I tried this and it was mostly potato, hardly any artichokes. 7.  Baja fish taco, churrasco steak taco, crispy coconut shrimp taco - I made my own little sampler order of tacos. The fish taco had a light crunch and you can taste the flaky fish but it wasn't fishy if that makes sense.  Churassco steak taco  - steak was tender and with all the toppings it was juicy and flavorful. Coconut shrimp taco, I think was my favorite. It was crunchy but not overly drenched in coconut.  All the tacos stood out in their own way and be prepared to get messy.... if it doesn't get all over the place it doesn't belong in your face lol. 8.  Pozole - Ranked 7/10 by coworker. It was nice to be able to pour the broth over it, but lacked flavor 9. Cranberry mule- We ordered this after we were done eating.  I'm sorry but I do NOT recommend this! The aftertaste of rosemary, just left me asking WHY? After each sip. We struggled to drink this and figured chugging it down was the only way. I kept telling my coworker it reminded me of Fabuloso cleaning agent Overall, I wouldn't mind coming back here again.  Highly recommend.  I'd love to try the desserts next time.
Visited today. It is a fancy latin restaurant. Since it was my first visiting, i didn’t have much expectation. Their food was good. I ordered some small plates with drinks. The guacamole and chips is huge!! I guess it can for 3 or 4 ppl. And i liked the jalapeño poppers. It has creamy thing inside the jalapeños. It matches well with beers. The stake taco was also good as well. I dropped the one star because it was little pricey ;
Favorites: Tacos and Margaritas. It is a nice Latin American restaurant and bar with a great menu for drinks and food. It was crowded on Friday and night they had a wait list for seating.Food: 4/5
Awesome place for HH, gatherings, or just a meal. Their chips come in a bucket - thin, crispy, and light. Their salsa trio has a good combo from not as spicy to spicy. Guacamole is fresh with a nice portion. Tacos are awesome! Many different variations to try - their fried fish one looked super scrumptious. Today, I had enchiladas del mar - enjoyed the rice and beans, too. Nice to sit outside with the heat lamp and enjoy the company!
Love this place! Our go-to for all Happy Hours! Great cocktails and unique food options.. never disappoints! The place is huge and has plenty of seating.
The Chicken Tortilla soup was very good, nice spice to it, and the tacos were tasty, a little smaller than I anticipated but I wasn't particularly hungry either so it all worked out in the end. If I were hungry, I'd probably order 2-3 tacos here. Cute little spot, we were seated outside, and it was cozy in the fall sun. Parking: There is a paid parking lot across the street that was reasonably priced.
Loved the ambience of this place, I felt like I was on a vacation in Mexico. I went in a Friday for lunch so could find a spot without waiting and it made the experience quite smooth. Highly recommended, I’ll surely visit again!Food: 5/5
