Milan Motel is a basic motel. I have always had good service here. The owners are very nice & accommodating. They will rent by the hour and offer week stays. There is nothing fancy but the location is great because there are lots of stores & businesses nearby & I-95 is very close.

My fiance and I lived in the milan motel for literally over a month, and I'm surprised by the quality of my stay. The owner was flexible and friendly. The room itself was definitely disappointing, but its clean and you can't expect more based in what you are paying. Most critical part of this location is the fact that they have smoking rooms. Don't expect the worst stay but don't hold high expectations😊

This place is disgusting. The manager is completely rude and goes by his heritage customs which would be putting women down in my case. He absolutely took pleasure in making me uncomfortable and holding over my head that I had a state issued voucher and he could put me out at the drop of a hat. The room was so nasty, the filter in the ac/heater unit was caked with dust and grime. There appeared to be mold on the ceiling and the shower curtain was absolutely filthy. I also saw roaches in the bathroom. I believe this man should be put out of business. Also the door to the room had no insulation and snow and rain would come through the door frame. And a couple of times we received dirty looking sheets and wash rags/towels.

Yo this place is  bad place to stay dirty n mice n roaches plus they don't clean good .n they r rude. They stole my towels out the room n said they didn't .my grandson spilled some thing on the for I took a towel too clean it up yooo u should have seen that towel it was drity look like the floor hadn't been cleaned n months.plus they want to much . Yooo stay away from there plus I got sick cuz the vents need to be .

If I could give it zero star I would the rooms are dirty as hell in my room there were roaches but what took the cake was the sheet came off the bed after some play time lol in it was covered in bed bugs this is the gods honest truth I have  Kno grind just giving my experience there
