We went here the day before my wedding. All I wanted was a simple pedicure and acrylic nails. It took 4 hours just to get that. Also, I wanted a simple flower painted on one nail and she didn't know how to do that simple design. Make sure you write down and total your amount if you give a tip, otherwise they will charge you more.

Horrible!!! Never going back to this nail salon. The girl working on my nails kept on asking me to get get instead of just a regular mani. I told her I just wanted a regular mani, she insisted like about 5 times. Then she insisted for me to pay before getting the nail color and to tip with cash. Bad costumer service!!

I just had a wonderful experience at Milan Nails. 
Excellent Mani Gel Nails/Pedi done by ANN. She is experienced, and I highly recommend her. Would also recommend you set up an appointment with her to make sure she is available.
The salon was clean and tidy, and the manager, HA, was very friendly and helpful.
They just remodeled and have all new pedi chairs with great massage options on them. 
Love that the salon is located in a shopping center with a wide variety of stores, banks and restaurants to take care of business either before or after the mani/pedi or spa services.

I went in to get a fill and I wanted them to be done thin, square shaped. The guy doing my nails kept pulling my hand down and was extremely rough. He put way too much acrylic on and every nail was a different shape. I ended up telling the manager and he physically grabbed my forearm and told me "no,sit! I'm going to finish this!!" The salon is also pretty messy and not very clean. I do not recommend anyone go to this nail salon!
