I ordered a pizza online and received an email saying it was $ 20.51 but when delivery guy showed up he charged me $ 23.50 so someone is ripping people off.

Awesome place, it is a good pizza place.  Great delivery and online customer interface.  Perfect for us in the boonies!

Terrible service experience! Waited over 2 hours for a delivery of pizza. Won't be buying here again

The level of customer service and food quality has greatly decreased over the years. Several times now we have called for delivery and were told a timeframe for our delivery to arrive, 45 mins to an hour, and each time it has taken an hour and a half to two hours. By the time the food arrives it is cold. One time the person even forgot half the order. Very rude over the phone when you call to ask where your order is after waiting the time they told you. Will have to find another pizza place to order from or pick up in Ottawa on my way home from work as the food and service is no longer worth the wait time or money.
