The service was really fast and the food was good. In my personal opinion, is Italian American and I was expecting authentic so I was kind of disappointed but anyhow the food was not bad. It was nice and cheap. And I liked to have lunch there.

Just not very well executed Besides the friendly staff. The place is outdated and the food was not done very well. Sausages were dry bottom of bowl was full of water from noodles. Sauce was sweet but not well seasoned. Salad was better than pasta.

This was our first time trying this place since moving here a year ago....I decided to order a pepperoni pizza on the way home from work one night and was pleasantly surprised!  The pizza was delicious; with lots of cheese how I ordered it  and still piping hot by the time I got it home! I ordered a large,  and one slice  was about the size of both of my hands put together !  I will definitely be going back for more... I've GOT to try some of the desserts they have on display!  They look incredible, especially the cheesecake!

Great food, but a reoccurring communication breakdown on carry outs! There has been several occasions where we have received the incorrect food or not the way we ordered it. Please understand it is extremely difficult to get home with our carry out and find it is not the way we ordered it. Equally frustrating when they forget some Pizza toppings that we paid for! This is happened at least four times in the recent months .So your staff needs to listen. I don’t know if it’s because the waitresses don’t take the carry out orders down correctly, or if the people in kitchen are not understanding?! Either way you people really need to get it together!! This is an edit to my original review: this just happened again this week, pizza was horrible not the way we ordered it. I don’t understand this at all, I think you have some serious employee concerns in your kitchen. If you guys don’t fix this soon you’re going to lose a very good customer! Great place to eat in but your carry outs suck!

I had a great salad after church with good friends and a attentive server. I have eaten there a few times before. Their servings are generous.Food: 5/5

I feel like the price for a large pizza is kinda steep, however the pizza was amazing and I can understand why it cost that. Service was excellent and we were topped off every time our drinks were low.Food: 5/5

Milanos is the best authentic Italian place in Simpsonville. All of the traffic on Fairview Rd is because of how good this place is! You'll want to get there early. They always have a plethora of wait staff to meet your every need! They have the largest bowl of salad of anyone on earth. They have so many freshly made desserts that this restaurant should be called a bakery. You will not leave hungry.

Lunch with my husband today and it was delicious. I had the grilled chicken salad. They have the most beautiful desserts but I didn’t have today. I know the cheesecake is wonderful. Service was good.

The customer service was awful tonight. This was a first for me at this establishment. A white boy was working the pick up window and he was so rude. I was told by another employee that he was tired because he had been working all day. First off, you work at a restaurant. If you are so tired you shouldn't have came to work.

The bread was very tough. Food looks good Meatballs tasted great very well seasoned the kids menu was kind of plane but did have good choices to eat . The point of view of a kid the blackened chicken pasta was very spicy and weird taste
