Stayed one night here during our New England trip.  This was the largest campground we have stayed at, it was quite busy and had a good amount of activity, kids on bikes, golf carts, people out walking, vehicles late at night and early morning.  However, nothing that was really annoying or disturbing, fairly quiet overall.  There is a pond with a beach and a playground.  The laundry facility was small but clean and nice.  They have cable TV but apparently you need to get a cable box (if any are available) which they don't tell you (I read it in another review).  I can confirm that the channels were scrambled when the cable was hooked up.   Our site had a fair amount of space.

Having visited many campgrounds around the United states, this one was towards the bottom of the list. Sites were practically on top of each other. It was like sharing a site with strangers. No privacy. Firewood bags that were sold were sticks no bigger than my thumb. I understand the need to make a profit, but it is definately at the customer's expense here.

From day one everyone has been very friendly! It's peaceful, has a pool that's lightly heated and a  small laundry. The pond is small and has.an algae problem so wouldn't recommend swimming in it, tho nice for a short kayak. Near henniker, which is a nice, picturesque new England hamlet. Sites are a good size with some pull-throughs for overnight travelers.

Clean, friendly staff, and beautiful grounds.  This is our 1st time here and we will definitely return.  The fireworks, were breathtaking and long!  Love it here, and a salt water pool!  Fabulous.
