Dropped off six button downs to be dry cleaned. All the shirts came back with wrinkles dry cleaned into the collars and cuffs.

Not even 1 Star. I will never take anything to the Mileground Dry Cleaners again. They had my items from May 18th - July 9th. My ticket said ready on May 20th. When I called them about the pick up, they said June 12th and I was okay with that. Than I could not get anyone to answer the phone-found out the reason-they shut down for a week of vacation. The items were only 80% clean and I didn't get everything back that I dropped off. The worst part is that when I called them to explain, they were the rudest business people I have ever had the misfortune of speaking to! They would not even listen to me. They were right, they didn't make a mistake, etc. The rudeness and sarcasm was very unprofessional, not to add the once the man got on the phone, you could still hear the lady screaming in the background. Beware!

I dropped a pair of pants off to be hemmed about 2.5 weeks ago. I was given a ticket by the employee and she told me they would be done on Thurs(which was 2.5 weeks from that day). I went to pick them up and first of all they couldn’t even find my pants! The employee stated the other location had my pants and they were NOT done due to someone being ill. She stated they would have them done in a few days. I told them absolutely not, I will pick them up. Upon arrival to the other location, my pants were still MIA. After another 10 minutes my pants were located. I questioned as to why no one called me to let me know. The new person I was dealing with stated the girl who does them has been out for a week and that I should have called them!!!!! Are you kidding me? That is horrible customer service. Thanks for the NOT so great experience!
