Miles Funeral Directors in Holden, Ma. is the Best, of the Best Funeral Home. We lost our beloved Mom from Pancreatic Cancer in 2013. It happened fast, and we, the family were left, grief stricken, dazed, and shocked. It is very hard to work on the details of a family funeral, when you are in this emotional time. Rick Mansfield, Bev Mansfield and their entire staff was a Godsend to our family. Rick took us through every step of the process, he is so kind and knowledgeable, Rick and Staff, did everything, the planning, the newspaper, the entire weight of that funeral was made lighter on our souls. The funeral home is warm and welcoming, and it gives you a sense of comfort, and confidence in the people who work there. I am of the Jewish faith, and Richard Perlman, to the benefit of all, has joined Miles, and he and his family have over a century of experience conducting Jewish funerals. Rick had a state of the art, Tahara Room built, where a Jewish Person is prepared for burial by Rabbis and other Professional People who do the Tahara. You can't have a funeral without the Tahara, in Jewish law. Miles serves all faiths and religions, as I attended funeral for friends there, and no matter what the religion, everything was lovely. Miles Funeral home has been around over 100 years, and they are the cream of the crop. It doesn't get better than Miles.  William S. Safer- Worcester, Ma.

Excellent service for a necessary but sad time in a person's life.  Top notch staff and facility.  Great locally owned service and they are wonderful contributors to the town.

How do you rate funeral services? In the midst of our grief, we felt cared for. We had very little to do. We were presented choices and once we decided what we wanted, Rick and his team made it happen.

Not one complaint.
