I was a customer of the prior owner for almost 4 years. She would see anything I brought her, on the spot, in a few minutes, and she was the best at what she did. 

Unfortunately, the prior owner died. A year or so later, I stopped in today for the first time, because I didn't realize they had stayed open after her death. Not only did it take the new owner 40 minutes to sew two rank patches on to a shirt, they've doubled the patch sewing prices. She also sewed the first patch on crooked and had to do it again. So, you're getting crappy service and long wait times for double the price. 

This isn't close to the place it was, and I'll be taking my business down the road again

They do a great job. Very reasonably priced. Many things they will do right there for you while you wait so you don't need to make two trips. It's the only sew shop I use in Killeen.

This was my first time at this place. I  left my items there a week ago and came to pick it up today(may 4,2018) nothing was done to it. No alterations were done.  Never again will I come to this place or my husband bring his uniform in.

So I was in a rush to get a last minute item sewn on for a DA photo,  I ran across Military Sewing. They opened up a few minutes early and told me yes they can do a rush order for me. They also had some ribbons available with campaign stars. These were sold out at clothing and sales, so I was very happy to be able to get one. Thanks again for great customer service.
