I'm not sure what is happening here but I entered the store on feb 24 at around 8pm and there were 3 employees and about 8 customers  and only one of the employees was doing the hard work in making the ice cream. The other two simply picked up the ice cream and put it into a cup. I'm not sure if this was on purpose as training or if it is due to work negligence but something felt wrong. I feel like only one employee needs to take orders while 2 can make the icecream. I'm making this review because I feel really bad for the one person who was doing all the hard work.

This was a unique experience for ice cream. It was our first visit, and it was fun to watch the ice cream being made. The menu had so many amazing looking treats. I had the smores and was not disappointed. All our orders were delicious works of art!

Absolutely not. You pay for a sumo it’s equivalent to a medium. Not friendly at all. Save your money and go to actual ice cream shop.Food: 4/5

Let me start by saying the date so you know who exactly is treating customers this way. July 9th, 2024 @8:50pm. I went in tonight and got greeted by two girls who came up to the counter to take our orders, the interaction started off poorly they did not greet us or ask what we would like to order. They began to make our ice cream and still did not say anything to us, she did not ask if we wanted it to go or for there, so they began the last ice cream. I asked for a lid for it to go. The girl sets the lid on the counter and sets the ice cream there too, I ask her if she can put the lid on and she tells me no that it’s not her job, she said I did not ask for the order to go but she never asked me from the start, assuming we wanted it for there. She continues to argue with me as she goes to sit down. We leave to pull out of the parking lot and the other young lady with the bun flipped us off from inside while she sat down. I am very unimpressed with the professionalism of these employees and the way they are behaving towards customers, this place has always been a favorite of mine and I’m sad to see the employee atmosphere go down hill like this!

4/23/22-I gave them 3 stars as average for an increase place. Yes, their creations are super cute, but where they lose points is on taste. When they mix in flavors to the base they do not add enough to give it real flavor. Mine for example had cotton candy mixed in. It did change the color, but the taste was bland and felt just vanilla. I've had ice cream at other places where there is no question that it is cotton candy flavored. My mom's had the same issue. You had to get you flavor from the toppings and not the ice cream. Would I go back?...maybe just to see if what I got was an accident and that their others would have more flavor. I know I wouldn't get the unicorn again.

LOVE rolled ice cream & this is my favorite rolled ice cream shop! They have such fun combinations! Nice staff and atmosphere.  They have yummy house creations but I always customize my orders bc… I can   My favorite creation as you can probably tell:   base: sweet cream  drizzle: condense milk  mix ins: lychee, strawberries, coconut jelly  toppings: lychee, strawberries, coconut jelly + pocky sticks, whip cream, & sprinkles when ordering for kids

This place is great! The milk rolled ice cream & topping options are I got the Sunday Funday & it tasted like an absolutely amazing banana split. The banana wafer one could have been sweeter but I blame that on my insane sweet tooth! They were definitely busy but you can tell why, 100% worth the wait! I love that you can watch them make it! The art of milk rolled ice cream is to be appreciated!
