Unfortunately, I can't really comment on the work done by this surgeon, as it seems next to impossible to give them my business.

My girlfriend has been suffering from 4 infected teeth, which need to be pulled, and this is the only oral surgeon accepted by her insurance within a two hour drive.  Upon calling to make an appointment, I was told that she needed a referral.  No problem -- she has one right here from the local dentist she visited (x-rays, dentist notes, everything).  But then I am told that they don't accept referrals from that dentist.  Again, no problem -- I ask what dentist I can get a referral from.  Unfortunately, the receptionist refused to give me the name of a single referring dentist, and gave the very obvious impression that she didn't care whatsoever whether they retained our business or not.

Having worked in customer service much of my life, I am at a loss for words.  The rep at my insurance company didn't even believe me -- until they called themselves, and confirmed to me that the receptionist was 'by far the rudest person [they] have ever dealt with'.

If you are lucky enough to win the lotto by getting referred by a dentist off of their ultra-secret confidential list, I'm sure the work done will be acceptable if not outstanding.  The hardest part -- giving your business to somebody who obviously doesn't want it to begin with.

I had a phobia for Dentists that I NEVER thought I would get over, but the staff and Dr. Billy made me feel like I had my teeth pulled in heaven lol. They were absolutely amazing and the level of professionalism was outstanding!

dr. billy removed my wisdom teeth several months ago. at the time i took for granted how well the procedure went, after since hearing so many horror stories from people about their own wisdom teeth removals. the anesthetic and prescriptions made it a painless experience and quick recovery. the office was also very helpful in coordinating the costs with my insurance.
