From the moment I walked in the office to schedule my initial appointment I was greeted with a smile and friendly attitude. That level of customer service continued when I showed up for the appointment. It seemed like everyone already knew me and were enthusiastic about getting to know me and my dental needs. That attitude was noticeable through every interaction with with every staff member. Additionally, my new dentist took the time to be as detailed and specific about every step of my initial exam, why she was doing it, what she saw, what it meant, and options for treatment. It's also worth noting that I had the best x-ray experience I've ever had because of the professional, friendly, and efficient staff. The x-ray technician could quite possibly be the best there is. Overall, I left the appointment feeling quite pleased and positive about my experience at Roxana Lo, DDS.

I live in San Francisco and actually travel to Mill Valley 4 times a year just so I can go to this dentist's office. I have done this for 30 years because the care is so excellent and the atmosphere so relaxed and humane while professional. I highly recommend all of the practitioners there

I was away from the dental experience for way too long back in the early 2000's.  I chose Dr. Lo because I wanted a family dentist that I could see with my kids as my family grew.  From the very beginning all the way through my 14th year seeing Dr. Lo and her staff, I can't say a single bad thing about my experiences with her practice.  She is kind, careful and skilled in her work.  Her dental assistants and other staff are great as well.  I would highly recommend her and her practice!!
