Great staff ! But, "Communication rules the nation", as the saying goes.  I just didnt have much confidence in the lawyer handling my case. If communication rules a whole nation, then why would my one lawyer, whom I'm supposed to be confident in, lack it. When its one of the most important elements of building confidence in someone. I spent the entire year and two months that it took to settle , communicating with my lawyer and even more effort waiting for communication back. I've had to call him every step of the way when it should've been vice versa. Although the people who answered the telephone were very nice and took every message that I left for my lawyer to return the call.

When choosing an accident attorney to represent you in a case, you have one of two options. You can have a high volume attorney that is only interested in settling quickly and only takes big money cases or you can have an attorney that meticulously breaks down your case, goes the extra mile, and is willing to go to trial on your behalf. Bruce Millar and his staff welcomed my case, worked tirelessly to gain all the necessary information, and were able to get me a settlement even when it seemed like the defense would succeed at unraveling my case. I trust them as I would close family members. I received sound advice regarding continuing medical care to not only treat my injury but to support my case. The attention to detail and timely communication is what sets them apart from other firms.  No catchy jingles and TV commercials for these attorneys, just honest efforts and hard work on behalf of their clients.

I was in a very serious Motorcycle wreck. I was recommended by a previous attorney to Millar & Mixon.  After dealing with several attorneys I was not sure what to expect but was very pleased with the advice, service and hard work that Bruce Millar put in place. After a year and a half of litigation Bruce Millar and his legal assistant Joe Baker stood up and fought for me way more than I ever expected. Bruce and Joe were always available upon call. Always available for any advice or questions I had on my case. I couldn't have been more pleased with the service and if I were to ever be in the same situation, I would certainly reach out to Millar & Mixon.
