Fillmore is about half way between Salt Lake City and Saint George, and this visitor center with the park around it, very near I-15, is a great stop along the way for children. The bathrooms are clean and in great condition as they are located in the visitors center itself. Friendly staff give out free obsidian rocks as well as some other interesting rocks. The playgrounds are fun for the children, and a pavilion offers shade for those packing food.

Clean, full size bathrooms! Tourism office offers a plethora of maps, guides and general handy information about Utah. Kind staff answer questions and are dog friendly! The park has two playgrounds a baseball diamond and a mini amphitheatre. Dog waste location near parking lot. Located right off I-15 it's perfect for a stretch!
