Millennium Real Estate Services only manages housing authority, low income properties.  That says a lot.  They neglect their properties and they  very blatantly violate the rights of the tenants who live in the properties they 'manage'.  They do not manage very well.  Their maintenance  staff do shoddy, half-ass, unprofessional work.  They do not take pride in what they do.  They do not WANT to fix anything if possible. They do not like to replace anything that is old and worn out.  They will keep fixing, fixing, fixing because they want to save money.  They are liars; they will say an apartment has been painted when it is obvious that it hasn't.  They don't clean after someone moves out.  If they do, they don't do a good job, and they will make a joke out of cleaning.  They don't check everything in the apartment to see that it works before it is rented. When I looked at the apartment I live in now, the toilet flooded when I flushed it. So, if you are going to rent from one of the housing authorities that they manage, bear all of this in mind.  They wouldn't even replace an old, corroded front door lock with a brand new one.  They WILL however, SIX days later, tell you that they will change the button in the lock.  Your safety doesn't matter to Millennium or any housing authority that they 'manage'.  AND they discriminate against some people.
