First appointment was great . Second was not . Still have the problem and cannot get an appointment. I try to stop in at different times as the other commenter did, but Brad insist I make an appointment. ( I've tried ) , but , unfortunate for me that he is very busy he says when I can schedule. Brad is a person with mood swings and in running a business and you shouldn't impose that on the public. I pay out $ as everyone does. HE DOESN'T CARE THAT I'M DRIVING WITH THE SAME PROBLEM THAT ( I PAYED HIM TO FIX. ) And this could bring other problems. MR. BRAD IS SELFISH & SELF CENTERED .

Was heading to Kimball Farms and my car had issues on the way. Stopped by, dropped off the car and by end of day they'd diagnosed and fixed the issue (blown ignition coil), all for a very fair price. Kept me informed and were flexible in the pickup later the same day. Great, friendly customer service. I don't live in the area but I'd be a repeat customer if I did. Highly recommend.

They made room in their schedule to complete an urgent repair while I waited. Brad was very supportive and knowledgable. Duane did a great job and worked through his lunch break to get my job done.
