would give zero if I could. called ahead of time to make sure i had all of the correct documents needed to pay my taxes and get a new registration on my bought out leased vehicle. arrived and provided everything with my PA title, was told it was out of state ¿? and that i had to jump through other hoops to get anything accomplished. this resulted in lost wages and a complete waste of my 6 hour trip. went this morning to MASON DIXON TAG AND TITLE and they were dumbfounded by what I shared with them from Millers employees and were happy to take care of me with no issue.

Our dealership uses Miller Hanover to process our PA customer's tag and title and they are wonderful!!!! Mary and Nicole always go above and beyond to help us. Their turnaround time is quite impressive given the current pandemic situation, most places are several weeks behind! The staff is always responsive and pleasant to work with. I highly recommend them for anyone looking to have tag/title work done in Pennsylvania.

I spoke with Jim today to continue an insurance quote that i had received from erie he thought it was funny that i personally owned three cars in my name he added the remark " what do you own a car lot?' Little did he know i am a licenced dealer we continued with the quote he asked for the vin numbers then immediately asked me what car do i drive for work because he insisted that i stated i never drive these cars . i told him "I own three dealer tags , i'm a licensed dealer i have other cars". Jim then asked me for my business information and told he would not give me a personal auto quote until i did so , well if i wanted to speak on business i wouldn't call Jim the insurance broker because he told he couldn't take mine and i would have to go elsewhere. All in all Jim's an insecure bigot that actually bit more than he can chew . Next time Jim check the caller-id my business information was right there  ;

My car was totaled recently and I am going to be without a vehicle for 7 weeks, until my new car arrives. I've had auto insurance through Miller-Hanover for probably 15+ years. In the past five years I feel like I'm constantly calling with requests and have always been made to feel like a valued customer. We've made multiple changes to our policy, adding and taking off vehicles, adding new drivers, new RV, bundled home insurance, etc. Joan Weaver has always helped us to find the policy that was right for our needs at an affordable cost and taken the time to explain them to us. I've also used the tag and title service and have always gotten very friendly and efficient service. I would definitely recommend Miller Hanover!

I can't say enough about Jayne Mann and Miller Hanover Insurance and the excellent customer service that they provide.  They are very knowledgeable about all the insurance products I was asking them for and able to bundle my protections together in 1 plan. They were able to turn an unfortunate situation of me locking my keys in my car last week into a great experience with just 1 call, and within 30 minutes, they had a locksmith to my car to unlock it. I have been a customer with Miller Hanover Insurance for 30 years, starting out with just auto then house and also motorcycle insurance.  Last year I totaled my truck in an accident, Miller not only responded to my situation immediately, but they made everything very easy for me.  This includes renting a car to receiving a check to pay off my truck and get another car.  Anytime I call them they are always friendly and very helpful!!  Miller Hanover has been top notch and if you are considering switching.......they are a great choice!
