Very Disappointing!!!   I phoned in an order for Dine In, and was told that it would take 25-30 minutes since they were busy. After driving 25 minutes to get there, We expected the pizza up shortly. 

       About 10-15 minutes later, another group came in and ordered the same size and ingredient as us. The waitress told them that it would only take about 18-20 minutes. They were surprised that it would be so quick. She explained that they had just caught up on several orders exactly the same as theirs. Hmm.

      We waited another 10-12 minutes, until the same customers received an order of appetizers, but still no pizza for us. 
     It had now been about 55 minutes since the order was called in.
    We asked to see the manager, who after examining our order for several minutes, suggested a 2 Dollar discount for our time and trouble. That isn't even the savings of a coupon for a small pizza!  Really?!?!
     Something tells me that with several similar orders, they forgot to make ours, and made it after we showed up. Instead of apologizing and fixing their mistake, they just tried to avoid it all together. Sounds like we should avoid them.
     We are always on the lookout for great pizza places, and thought this one would become one of our regulars to stop at. I guess not.

The food is normally excellent. Found balls and strings of hair in my last pizza order. I called immediately and the staff refunded my money with a sincere apology. I will order here again but check my food very, very thoroughly...

Great place in the miller beach area of Gary.  Thin crust is amazing and the lunch special is a great deal.  Two slices and a drink for $6.  I love this place.  Carmelita is awesome and a hard worker.  Gets our order out as fast a possible even when she's swamped during lunch.

Called in AUGUST 4th 10:22 PM 

To place an order for takeout, everything was going just fine. They nice lady informed me they close in 10 minutes, I told her I'd call right back to see if I could make it there before they closed. 
I called back at 10:24 and was told they were closed and could no longer take my order. After trying to explain the situation to the "manager", he was very disrespectful to me and talked over me. He called me a liar and would not listen to what I had to say.
I was very disappointed in the customer service I received from this gentleman. I never have been treated so poorly before in my life, including being talked over and yelled at. 
He wouldn't listen to me and told me "I could take my business elsewhere"

Horrible experience. Pizza was good, but half the order they forgot and took another 20 minutes to be brought out. The burger was raw in the middle. Sadly, can't recommend this place.
