Waitress had poor customer service. She was not attentive to her table. The food came out wrong 2x. It took for the manager to place the order to get it right. Then at the end the manger made a smart comment after receiving our payment when we were not even offered any discount. So an hour dine in was double due to the lack of customer service. Keep mind this use to be one of our favorite location to eat at but not anymore!

Just moved to the area, and already went there 4 times in 2 weeks. Great drink specials every day of the week, and a wide variety of quality food. The decor is cozy. The bar gets bumping during the night time. Wish I could give Miller's Ale house 6 stars.

My family of six went to the Lombard location for Christmas Eve dinner. My mother and sister are picky people in general and my nephew is a SUPER picky eater. All of us walked out stuffed and thoroughly satisfied with both the food and the service. Our waiter was Brian and he was fast, expedient, and courteous! To top the evening off John, the manager on duty, came over to our table to personally wish us a Merry Christmas. For me, this goes a long way. It truly shows the ones in charge care about our experience and i beleive that carries down to the wait staff. Great job to both Brian and John and i know my family will be back!

I enjoyed this place, the great Setting and amazing looking good, until I noticed the poor sanitary practices of the cooks, servers and even the manager. I sat directly across from the kitchen and staff literally used their bare hands to prepare food. I didn't notice until after I ate my food. Sure enough, upon arrival at home, I became very ill. I intend to report this matter to their corporate office and the Department of Public Health.

The place didn't seem bad and our server was nice. Until, the cook staff was grabbing fries with their bare hands. That was the most disgusting thing I have ever seen. The waitress went to take order, clean tables, take money and then grab fries with her bare hands. And she then put them on a plate and served them. The cooks did the same. I will never return to this restaurant. NEVER!!!!!!
