I've been to two other Ale House locations and I think this one gave me the best experience thus far. 

My culinary class came here after school one night and we enjoyed ourselves. Our waiter was attentive and did a great job serving all 13 of us. 

We ordered more drinks than anything else, but we did order chicken nachos, fries and a couple other things that I couldn't get a picture of. 

The food was hot and good... They forgot the queso on the chips and they always put too much ice in their $10 specials but hey, such is life.

Very good food and decently priced. Love the kids eat free Tuesday nights and my kids love the ice cream they get with their meal. The staff are always helpful and friendly. They have a lot of TVs and are really busy weekend nights!

I went to Jacksonville for my Birthday last May.  I wish I had pictures of this visit, but I switched phones.  I absolutely love this place, great staff, great food, great environment.  An extra thanks to the Manager who knows how to do his job, and run a restaurant.  My fiancee had ordered the seafood sampler, which came with a few different things.  The clam strips were clearly burnt, and poorly cooked.  We didn't even have to complain about it, or tell our waitress.  The manager of the restaurant came to our table and apologized about these being over-cooked, he loves them, and knows we wouldn't enjoy them as is.  He had a new order put in and even offered us a free desert, in-fact, it was the 3rd offer of the night! We were offered one for never being to Millers before, one for being my Birthday, and one for the clam strips.  The new clam strips were perfectly cooked and my fiancee loved them.  Simply outstanding customer service by the whole staff of Millers. The next time we are in Jacksonville, I am defiantly going to make it a point that we visit this place again!

Consistently good food and friendly service. This tends to be a lunch spot for myself and coworkers as we are able to get in and out quickly. Menu prices are very reasonable and portions are plentiful. They have a kids eat free menu once a week which is awesome for parents! There's a decent beer selection and full bar which is great and mixes well with the several tvs to catch your favorite sports game. I tend to get the salads and have tried all of them, highly recommend!

Chicken pasta was not good. Manager didn't even care enough to do anything. Had staff give us one gift card for half the amount of the 2 dishes we received and paid for. Staff are nice. Eat steak there like I did last night! Management could be better!
