I’ve been going to Miller’s for probably 24 years. I don’t live in Athens anymore, but I always make it a point to get to Miller’s for some hot wings and a super chicken sandwich. The quality of everything they make is top notch and the service is always friendly. I hope this place never goes away.
Excellent food! You can’t go wrong with their chicken! Their gizzards, hearts and livers are top notch! Their cole slaw and macaroni salad is excellent!
As an Asian, I am not ok with the chili soup. Fry chicken are good. * I tried their fry chicken hearts& onion rings this time, they are awesome
Not sure what all the hype is about. Our chicken tasted like it sat under a heat lamp for hours. The mashed potatoes and gravy were disgusting. First time there, and definitely our last. It's been an hour and I am still fighting through trying to not get sick.
Went twice. First time my food was very overcooked. Moments away from completely burned. It was extremely dry and all I could taste was salt. I threw it out. Second time my food was very undercooked. I don't eat undercooked chicken. So I threw it out. That's it for me. No thanks.
Best chicken sandwich I have EVER had HANDS DOWN. Also had amazing potato and macaroni salads. Pies. Pop. It’s endless and delicious.
The only bad thing about this place is that I only ever seem to be craving it on Sundays when they’re closed. Food is always phenomenal and the staff is always so nice. 10/10
It was OK. Food was bland and the chili was not what I would call chili. Sides were food service sides was hoping for more of a home cooked feel. It missed the mark. Don't think we will eat here again.
I used to come here all the time as a kid. It has really great chicken. I love to get their gizzards. But I got some this time and they tasted like salt blocks. They were so salty that they hurt my tongue. I don't know what happened here. Maybe they were having a day with a cook who likes a lot of salt. Most of the time they are amazing and I always crave them. This was the first time I have been disappointed by them in years. I hope they can improve because I would hate to see them go away. The parking here is a nightmare and always has been. It might be better to parallel park on an adjacent street then walk up. I went back at a later date and asked them to go light on the salt. The gizzards were better this time but still pretty salty. The plac3 was super busy, I also got some fries and coleslaw and they were very good. Their regular chicken here is really good also.
Great chicken and fish. Sides are yummy too. I haven't tried everything. You won't go wrong with any of the chicken. Both fish sandwiches are great. The onion rings are a must have! A regular go to when I'm in the area or can swing to the area.
