After waiting an hour and ten min for delivery my food came cold and bad tasting, had to throw it away. Last time I eat there

My experiences with their customer service has been terrible. They dont accept when they make mistakes. The manager is very immature and rude. The food is outstanding but so many mistakes are made with delivery... the food arriving cold or not made correctly that its not worth dealing with. When you call to report a mistake the emplyees will dispute it to the manager while youre on the phone!  I refuse to order from them again and I plan to complain to the owner directly.
