Great experience on a trail ride. Very knowledgeable and friendly people with beautiful horses. I highly recommend stopping her, but call ahead to confirm and bring cash.

If you're anyone who is accurate with your money, if you don't need someone to hold you by your hand every step of the way and if you love your horse, this is not the best place. All they care about is how much money you spend there. Look out for being scammed by being told conflicting stories about how much anything costs there. I've been told one service costs $25 only to be cornered for $75 once on location. I've even been bringing treats for their goats (which are adorable) and they still would find a reason to pick a fight with me. Deb and David are probably the nicest ones there. But even so, I sell photos with my horse instead of riding him to fund his care and they would take photos with him without my permission and post them online. Most of the boarders are nice. I would stick with them as opposed to who runs the barn. The only other benefit is being half a block away from the trails at Tradewinds.

For my first horseback riding i couldn't  have picked a better spot. At this location people love doing their job. The trainer was very patient and understanding. A experience  I will never forget.

Millpond Stables is special - as is Patra who runs it.  My daughter is as enthusiastic as ever in just two months taking lessons from Patra, and the facilities were perfect for her 8th birthday party.  We were lucky to find Millpond looking for a party location in August and have been going weekly ever since.
