I have shopped at Fleet Farm for years and had a pretty bad experience this time. I wanted to buy my son a Little Tikes Truck, saw online it says available for sale in store only. So I called the store and asked if the truck is in-stock, the lady tells me they have more than five in stock. So I drive into the store to pick one up. I asked one of the employees, Randy, to help us find it. He looks it up and says they have them in-stock but they are in back and that he will go find one. A few minutes later he returns and tells me that since Toy Land isn't open yet they can't sell us one. I asked to speak to a manager because that doesn't sound right. One of the assistant managers, Ed, came out. I told him what was going on and he was very dismissive and said they cannot go in back and get one and that we would have to wait until Toy Land opens...are you kidding me!? 
Not too happy especially since I called ahead and asked.

Great value. You'll not always find the size you need in stock. Great prices on pet products.

Good prices and great selection on nearly everything you need. Tire department was super polite and easy to work with regarding my most recent Auto issue.

Great store with a wide variety of items. If you need specifics, you may need to go to a menards/home depot.
