A friend of mine ordered a funeral arrangement and it was AMAZING! It was placed on a table as the centerpiece at the entrance of the church because it was by far more beautiful than any other arrangement at the church. A lot of floral arrangements are so stylized and they all look alike. This one was very natural and looked more like flowers that were just picked from the garden. I would highly recommend this florist.

I used this florist for my Mother's 80th birthday. I live 800 miles from her, so obviously I wasn't going to see the flowers in person. I spent almost $100.00, and the photo my brother sent of the flowers made me sick. A very ordinary, small, cheap-looking arrangement when I had asked for something modern with unusual flowers. It looked like a $30.00 arrangement. When I told my brother (but not my mom!) how much it cost (which I would not have done except they were so disappointing), he laughed and said "No way." Not sure if I was ripped off because I live so far away, but regardless - don't use this florist.

My 4-day old roses are already dying. For the price of this "desired" flower, I would expect a beautiful scent on flowers that were fresh. Not only that, but if your delivery person were 5-minutes later, no one would have been at the school to let him in since office personnel leave at 4:00. My deployed husband wanted to remember my 45th birthday with a-little-something-special. Your price is outrageous for 12 dying, poorly scented roses hidden in a mass of to-much-greenery. No, I wouldn't recommend your roses or services.

After ordering, I called to have something added to the card. Took an entire day to get that done after numerous phone calls & after he was able to find my online order. Ordered a complete set of sunflowers to deliver the following day. Mid morning of delivery day, another guy calls to inform me they only have 2 sunflowers for my order. Not happy at all. I requested to have a picture of the arrangement emailed to me before delivery, at which they did. It was pretty but clearly not what I ordered or paid for. Asked for an ETA, no response. After deliver, I was notified there was cactus in the arrangement.

Wow! Do not use. I ordered a corsage for my son for his prom date through an online service. It was supposed to arrive on Thursday ( prom is on Saturday). Thursday, no delivery. Friday afternoon rolls around and still no delivery. I send an email to inquire about the order through the online service. In the mean time, I call local florists to see if I could get a corsage last minute. Understandably, most said no. I called Mills Florist and explained the situation and he started to berate me for ordering online to begin with. He then said, I close at 5 but if you get here before I close, I will see what I can do. Before driving there, I decide to call the online service. The polite lady asks me to hold to check with the local florist. She gets back on the line and stated she was so sorry and the local florist had misunderstood and messed up the order. We will not be getting the corsage. I receive a refund and a gift certificate from them. I then proceed to ask what local florist messed up so I could avoid using them...she said MILLS FLORIST! The same florist who berated me for using an online service. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Now my son is without a corsage for prom tomorrow. Hopefully, tomorrow morning we can find an accommodating florist.
