Dr Milner (mrs) was great with my three kids until nurse Tammy screwed up shots. Gave my 10 year old daughter hepatitis A shot when it was suppose to be for my 8 year old daughter. I asked nurse "isn't it my 8 yr old getting that shot and nurse says no its the older girl and I said well Dr said that it was other child and again she insisted  no its the older child". Even my 10 yr old saw my 8 yr Old name on shot but still nurse gave shot. It did not sit right with me so I personally asked Dr isn't my 8 yr suppose to get shot and she said she did I said no. Omg I'm so sorry my nurse made a mistake blah blah blah. I said to Dr, look i even asked nurse and before nurse actually stopped and double check with Dr she still insisted on giving shot. This was my first time taking my kids there and they screwed up big time. What sucks is that they took my 90.00 copay before work was even done. Then Dr had the nerve to say to me well nurse was probably overwhelmed with three kids at one time. Well blow me down. I said this is your profession. You deal with kids all the time. She basically wanted to turn it around on me. No way they schedule all my kids at once. Gimme a break. They screwed up and never offered me my copay in return so now they lost out on patients. I know mistakes happen but really. Not when it comes to kids and medicine. No freaking way and this Dr has been in practice for many years and to let this mistake happen. Unreal. To make matters worst when nurse was drawing blood from my daughter I was standing in room and nurse asked me to pass her vile because she needed one. If I was not there would she have stretched over to grab it while needle was dangling and making it uncomfortable for my kid. Both my daughters said that needle was dangling in arm and hurting. The nurse did not hold needle to prevent it from moving around. Overall mine and my kids experience was POOR VERY POOR. makes me wonder if they screwed up on the rest of shots. The nurse should have double check with Dr along with reading names on label of shots.
