Gordy at Milton Electric is the best!!!!!!!
Our entire house needed to be changed over from old time knob and tube wiring. It was going to be a huge job.  We discovered it when we were rebuilding our kitchen.  Our contractor said that Gordy from Milton Electric was The Man for this kind of job.  Gordy was amazing. He reorganized the entire electrical system in our house.  He snaked new lines everywhere with minimal plaster holes to the walls.  He also knows low voltage work like phone, cable and internet systems.  There were no glitches with his work. We passed inspection without a hitch.  Gordy has a great work ethic, a great memory, he does what he says he is going to do and he has a great personality.  We would recommend him for any job big or small as does our contractor.

I had Milton Electric come back out again last week to remove some track lights and replace with recessed, as well as to move and rehang a second fixture. They did my Kitchen recessed lights, undercabinet lights and my exterior lights in the past. Overall this experience was positive however when I discussed getting the estimate with the Salesman, I was told moving the fixture down 8" or so would be included in the estimate and that fixture was estimated at $65. It did end up requiring a lot of effort on the part of the guys and they ended up having to rewire so I understand it being more, but it was 3x as much for that move/install and I did not learn that until time to pay. I would probably have expected to be called from the office prior to that and I was not called to be notified. That said, overall the two gentleman (Chris and Joe) working the job were great. On time, professional, friendly, courteous, neat, fast and asked for input and made suggestions that turned out better than my ideas. Joe was able to patiently sort out the issues with my existing new fixture that had been installed incorrectly by another electrician. Chris was the lead tech and he was a really great, making sure to leave minimal to be repaired and even coming back and making a repair after they had already loaded the truck when he noticed a small spot that needed patching. Excellent attention to detail. Overall I would use them again or recommend them.

I have used Milton Electric for years to take care of my home.  They always provide professional, quality work.  All of the staff are so helpful.  Today the electrician (Henry ) came to my home to do several lighting upgrades and to repair and add some electrical outlets.  Henry got the job done in one day.  He was so polite and efficient.  He left everything tidy and I am again delighted with the service of this company.  The thing I love best is that it is fantastic to find a company that I can trust do give me an honest and fair price and do a great job.  I will be using Milton for all my house electrical needs because they do great work and I trust them.

Joe and Tony came out this am to help with problem with ceiling fans in basement. They fixed the original problem and clearly explained what was going on so that it was easy to understand! They both have fantastic customer service and actually helped me with another fixture by quickly identifying problem and fixing. Thank you so much to both of them!!

Easy to book service visit; they gave me a 2 hour window and Shawn G. showed up right on time. He installed a new outdoor outlet in about an hour and a half for me and did a great job. I've used Milton Electric before (also Shawn) to help do the wiring for a ceiling fan in a room with a 3-way switch; that job was also completed efficiently (less than an hour). I'll definitely use Milton Electric again.
