I RECOMMEND NOT USING THIS FLORIST! If I could leave less than one star I would! Unfortunately I didn't do my research and read reviews before placing my order. The flowers I ordered were never received, after calling at least 10 times someone finally answered the phone. Since the person to recieve the arrangement had since then left the hospital and lives out of delivery range, they offered to let another florist arrange and deliver to my sister in laws home, to which I agreed. I called her to ask if she had received them and nothing. It's been almost a month, no flowers, no refund, no apology. They don't respond to emails or answer their phone. I'm just out over $40. For services I never received. We live out of the area so I can't just walk in and try to dispute this in person. They advertise free delivery and satisfaction guaranteed. I would have been satisfied if they had delivered the arrangement I ordered. It's been almost a month and I'm just out the money i spent on non existing flowers.

DO NOT USE THIS FLORIST! I ordered the "Paint the Sky" floral arrangement for my friend's 40th Birthday. The photo on their website included purple iris, blue hydrangea, eucalyptus, and a blue vase. I was VERY disappointed when my friend received her flowers. They delivered her an "arrangement" of cheap leather leaf filler, and spray painted white carnations light blue, and no blue vase. Talk about deceptive business practices and false advertising. The arrangement they delivered looked NOTHING like the photo on their website. And to spray paint carnations? I was so upset. I called the floral shop numerous times but they did not answer their phone nor called me back when I left a message. Based on the reviews of this "flower" shop, I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. I did not spend $50 for spray painted carnations. I will never order from this flower shop again, good luck staying in business.

A Christmas arrangement was sent by a friend in Chicago. Milton Flowers called and said they'd been trying to reach me for three days. My phone call log showed one call from the late afternoon before. The delivery man showed up in his personal vehicle three and a half hours later and handed me the very dry, uncovered centerpiece on a 10 degree day. The pine needles covered the carpet from the front door to the kitchen. The fresh flowers were brown and crispy on the tips, and the candles were warped, lopsided, and covered with fingerprints. I threw it away two days later. It would have been a beautiful piece had they used fresh instead of old.

1. Words were spelled wrong on the card. 2. Guy was rude on the phone and hung on my wife and I. 3. Teddy bear was dirty. 1. The flowers were the only thing that was a positive experience

Terrible. Just terrible. The website listed my desired location and time as possibilities (Mother's Day). Placed order, received confirmation email with address and date and my payment went through. Mother's Day came and went and no flowers were received by my mom. I called to see what happened on Monday afternoon and got yelled at by an older gentlemen who basically said it was my fault for asking them to deliver out of their zone (Jerseyville WAS listed on their site). I asked for a refund, he said "no" and that I shouldn't have placed the online order and that I need to update MY information that I got on THEIR website. (huh?) I did receive a refund after calling and sending an email, but the apology email said they didn't know what was on their website. She said Jerseyville shouldn't have been listed, Sunday delivery shouldn't have been an option, had I called during normal business hours that I would have known that. She also wrote that the older gentleman was simply hard of hearing and talking loudly. So that's why he berated me and then hung up on me? All of this is MY fault for ordering online? A refund is supposed to make it all ok?
