usually go to the DMV on E College where NICE people are that work there. But I went here this time because I was short on time travel wise, WRONG choice! The first counter you go to once you walk in the door, had the line almost to the outside! Wasted my time waiting in line because the person behind the counter seemed to dislike me even though I never met him. I just asked several questions and he had an attitude. Ended up going to the DMV on E College, NO long info line at all, never is at this location. Was in and out in 30 minutes. All my questions were answered nicely. Very much had the need to sanitize my hands once I left the Chase location!!

Better & faster service than you'd expect if it's not too busy.
Employees I delt with were uncommonly friendly, knowledgeable, & efficient.

I went to take my road test at this DMV, I went in super nervous but there was great staff that made me feel comfortable and I passed with flying colors! :) service was also very quick and convenient

Took forever. 2 lines open. I thought I was going to catch a disease in there, so I left without finishing the process.

Everything, from the initial contact at the front desk, to the road test person, to the woman at the end of the process, was great! Very friendly, professional. Would recommend to anyone!
