You get out of this DMV office what you bring to it. If your disrespectful and demand respect you'll have a pretty hard time. If you're friendly and just there to get something done the workers are awesome. Have your ish together and have a good attitude your experience will be very good. I did have an hour and a half wait, which I planned for, this is the DMV, otherwise would have gotten 5 stars. Great staff building was clean as were the bathrooms.

I have been inside of this DMV multiple times in the past two months or so. The location was convenient for where my brother lives. I people watch, and generally can pick up vibes, good and bad. There is one instructor there who takes his "power" to another level. I have spoken to the DMV supervisor, but I am sure that she will do nothing about it, but he (Mike) is covertly prejudice. He has failed every African American he tests. Anyone else, he has passed. The woman there was much more fair. If you are prejudice, or prejudice tendencies, you should not be allowed to work in a public field dealing with ALL PEOPLE. My brother now has his license but it took coming to a different location outside of Milwaukee County. Never again will I ever deal with Milwaukee DMVs.

They are rude as ever here. It was a very unpleasant experience. An older female employee with glasses, of African American decent was very rude. Someone took my ID and claimed they would give it back. I had to ask for it back multiple times which isn't even apart of the process. Just all around horrible. Going to the down town location that is out of my way but much more pleasurable.

I went in to get my license renewed and was walking out the door fifteen minutes later. I would think it's a wonderful fluke if it wasn't for the fact that I had the same experience at this location for a title change a few months ago. They are efficient, friendly, and ridiculously fast. My number was called before I had half of the half-page form needed filled out. I generally don't review things, but this was so beyond expectations I had to write something.

Just rude as hell, slower than a tortoise, always hot in the building, no where to sit, makes you not want to drive.
