My daughter recommended Mimi's Nails - I had the greatest experience and Mimi did a fantastic "new set" of acrylic/gel polish nails for me - she's very personable, delightful to talk to and is an expert in her field!  I have returned again and I am "hooked" on the job Mimi does for me!! I would recommend her salon - all of her nail techs do a fabulous job!

Having gel or acrylic done,i would highly recommend any of the ladies,never the young man chair. Takes to long and doesn't want to give customer what they asked for. Mind you,I asked,if you are gonna do my nails again I want to make sure the acrylic overlay covers entire nail bed. I didn't want my naturalnail hanging out from under the acrylic. He and Owner said they only fill the growth part they don't cover sides of nails too... Wait...What???
Isn't that what you do... Was shocked and obviously left. Why pay again for unsatisfactory work...i don't need a nail fungus because my acrylic doesn't cover nail...UH....Bye

Tammy Nguyen (president), and Tuan Tran (vice president) continuously demonstrate unprofessional behavior towards african american women. She does this by disregarding request for a particular tech, she speak with a demeaning attitude and refuses services, she is verbally abusive and  takes pleasure in embarrassing customers. I will not patronize this type of business ever again. I encourage all consumers to spend your hard earned money with business that believes in respect and value the customer. Mimi Nail & Spa I am shock at how you get away with such unethical practices.

Owner very disrespectful. from the time NY wife and I walked into the nail place, meme was giving her attitude. My wife was telling meme how she wanted her nails done, and meme said look "I don't have time for this". My wife asked her was she ok. Meme got loud and said to my wife " you coming in my shop with your attitude and telling me what to do with your nail like I don't know my job,  do you want your nail done yes or no". My wife stated,  it is my job as a customer to inform u how I want my nails done, I am paying you for my nails, you don't have to be loud rude or disrespectful. Meme told her forget it om not doing your nails my wife said ok I'll wait for someone else to do my nails. Meme said no you can leave my shop. I stepped In and told my wife let's go somewhere else where our money and time is appreciated. If there was a hire management or to find out who I can speak with above her I will most definitely inform them about her unprofessional way of business. I do not recommend this shop at all.
