John the Mgr at night is outstanding... always glad to greet us ask how we have been doing.. Devin our waiter is very knowledgeable about the menu and specials.. we will really love the selection on the menu.. if you have not ever been here you will surprised quality of French and american foods.. I highly recommend the French pot roast....

Going downhill at this time.  I used to enjoy going to Mimi's but my experience recently sure did not fall in line with my expectations or previous experiences at this restaurant.  The waiter had been either poorly trained or not trained at all.  After leaving the food, it took me 10 minutes to get him flagged down to get it corrected.  The food was good once it was right, but I ended up getting my meal after everyone else had finished.  The waiter also reached across people at the table in order to grab empty plates and glasses.  Not good etiquette for any waitstaff.  I also notice the place is almost while the neighboring restaurants are doing a land office business.  Something is wrong here and they won't survive with a lack of customers.

First and last visit. My friends spoke highly of this place but even they had a bad experience this time. We ordered mimosas. The glasses came out dirty 4xs!!! We waited for muffins that were supposedly coming out of the oven... needless to say they were cold by the time they got to the table. Our waitress brought the cloth napkins and wet silverware to the table and told us there were none pre-wrapped. Food was poor. We had more than half our entrees left on each plate and no one bothered with a to-go box. We did receive muffins for the inconvenience but were given a full spill about how the restaurant is hurting with no general or assistant manager. Still not an excuse for service. Sad. The menu is lovely online. I was told there are other locations so maybe I'll try another one day. Just definitely not this one.

French American chain restaurant. Food is pretty good. Chicken and waffles wasn't my favorite, but the club sandwiches are good. The carrot raisin madelines are delicious, as are the chocolate chip muffins. And what would a French themed restaurant be without a decent wine list? The house wine is actually pretty good. They have a private room that's perfect for parties or events.
