Story

Cheryl Burlingame is the owner of Mimi's Teas. She resides in Fircrest and has had a dream of running a local tea shop for quite some time now. Cheryl is married, has three grown children, and three grand-children. Her six-year-old granddaughter was the first to call her "Mimi"; hence the name of the shop!

I asked the person I was staying with if I could scoot into this tea shop and I was so pleased that we did. The owner was very personable and generous. She has a wonderful selection of teas and tisanes, as well as tea paraphernalia. I'm lucky to have gotten out with space still on my credit card. There is an amazing variety of teas and her blends are both creative and delicious. Highly recommend!

This is a wonderful little shop. The owner Cheryl is a delight!! If you like tea, this is the best place to go.

I love to spend time longer in this shop!! Cheryl is very knowledgeable about tea. She is very nice lady with her sweet smile. There are incredible selections of tea that I can smell. I like the non  caffeine teas. I found 5 of my favorites, and the price is reasonable. I like the corner decor of the tea connection :) tea's pot, infuser, tea tumbler and I will like to collected the spoon measurements. It is cute :)

Citrus ... Cinnamon ... Vanilla ... Mint... This place is magic to all your senses.  Wonderful smells,  visually inviting, audibly pleasant and you'll want to touch and taste EVERYTHING!  The minute you walk in you are made to feel like you've come to visit a Friend! The decor adds to the charm of the place and is as charming as the Owner. She  greets you the second you Enter into this unassuming shop, she will answer any question you may have and within 2 seconds you can tell she is obviously very knowledgeable about everything Tea. The shop is small (no shopping carts here!)but has a Large Selection of Teas and Accessories . The price is more than reasonable and the quality superb. She will steep for you a cup of tea right then and there so be sure to have some!  If you Love Tea this shop is a Must! You'll come back over and over again !!
