Stayed here for my brothers wedding, expecting a nice place for the $230 a night. Got there and was extremely disappointed, during our 3 day stay we realized that not only was breakfast not included but the room didn't come standard with a refrigerator or microwave. There was so much failing with the room such as the phone didn't work, ceiling light was out, the tub plug was broken (wouldn't be a big deal accept I have a baby and a  toddler), the shade for the window was broken and the iron for the clothes left a huge water stain on my husbands wedding shirt. After requesting these items be fixed multiple times they finally got to getting one thing fixed at a time.  With more prying i felt overwhelmed like I was a crazy person with unrealistic standards. On our last day we sucked it up and paid for the expensive breakfast on site $18 for buffet. Our server kept forgetting about us and the place was basically empty. I normally give people the benefit of the doubt but this place is lacking on customer service and quality. They shouldn't  be so relaxed about these items that could be a huge deal to a different person,  such as giving my son a bath before my little brothers wedding. The price does show in the amenities, the pool was amazing, and the tennis, raquet ball and basket ball courts were a nice feature but not used by our family. Overall a poor experience but we made the most of it and will do more research on pricier places as such before staying next time.

Fun place lots to do for a family. But a total rip off if you eat there. Very poor quality at exorbitant prices. So go have fun but just go out to eat plenty of good reasonable places close for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Worst experience in an attempt to have a relaxing getaway for my birthday. I gave 1 star for the massages at the spa which were great, but the hotel a 0. We were surrounded by drunk and rowdy wedding guests. Cigarette smoke odor came through the bathroom vent when it was on. The walls are paper thin and I heard the occupants of our next door guest room vomiting, coughing, the toilet closing to  even their simple conversations.  They called us days before our arrival to inform us the outdoor heated pool was closed, to find out by a hotel bartender they painted and filled it too soon causing guests to get paint all over. I've stayed at the sister resort, Grand Cascades, and never had a problem. Never again will I go back to this place.UPDATE: I made it 2 stars since the manager comped our room for the night, but I still wouldn't return.

Very friendly staff. The rooms are very clean. Many family friendly activities to do. Its close to water parks, petting zoos, lakes, and golf courses.
