I had absolutely no issues with this company, the food was great and all until this one incident. I called to place an order and I knew something was going to go wrong when they didn’t ask for my name to place on the order. (Which they never do) The last time I visited they kept getting everyone’s food mixed up due to the lack of organization. This time it happened to me. The desk lady stated that she had threw away my food because a man brought MY food back stating that he forgot he never even ordered from there and that he meant to pick up Pizza Hut (right, I know, who forgets that?!) but anyways, because they never wrote my name on the order and someone picked up the wrong order, I had to sit and wait for an extra 15 minutes, which I know doesn’t sound long but it is when you have somewhere to go and expected to be in and out. I politely asked the lady if I was going to still have to pay the full price because it was very inconvenient for me. “She stated “yes, because we cooked it for you” which made absolutely no sense.... so long story short I wasn’t haven’t it and neither was she and all she took off was 79 cents, which she didn’t even want to do in the first place. The food is still good but if your looking for quality customer service I wouldn’t choose this place because they lack empathy for customers and are ONLY about making profit.

One of my favorite places. Good quality and taste. Friendly staff and quite setting. Quick service and always looking forward to a visit.
