When in mood for dim sum or a quick bite of delicious Chinese food, this is the place to go. The hot and sour soup was delicious, made just right. The beef fried rice had quite a bit of delicious beef pieces and the flavor was delightful. Salt and pepper Shrimp was tasty but there was quite a bit of corn starch coating on it. I would have preferred a lighter coating. Jasmine Tea was brewed perfectly and the chili paste was perfect.
This was our first time here and it was a very good experience. The staff was friendly and the restaurant was clean. Everything we ordered was very flavorful and fresh. Our favorite was the eggplant stuffed with shrimp. The serving sizes were just right for the prices. We will definitely come back!
Best Chinese Dim Sum. The Crispy Pork Dumpling and Sticky Rice With Lotus Leaves are so flavorful and have outstanding appearances. Shumai is so fresh steaming hot;Beef Trips are tender ; tofu skin is a little chewy but delicious fresh inside. Everything is high quality contenese dim sum Very great Asian Cuisine to try !!!!
Some of the best asian food I’ve had in Orlando. Everything was hot and fresh and very authentic. I’ll definitely be returning. If you haven’t dined at Ming’s Bistro….. what are you waiting for?
Came here for dim sum/yumcha a couple days ago with my mom and boyfriend. It was pretty good. They have most of the standard dishes commonly found at dim sum places. The dishes and tea were delicious, though the service was a little scatterbrained and disorganized throughout. There were a couple waitresses that waited on us, one fluent in Cantonese and one in Mandarin and if I recall correctly both in English, so the language bases were covered. The flavors were generally spot on, and the beef chow fun we ordered for eating later at night was pretty good too though honestly on the expensive side for the dish. The prices were average for dim sum all things read: inflation considered, we totaled around $52 for three people before tax and tip. Parking in the back behind the restaurant is a bit tight but manageable. It's a pretty solid dim sum place, worth coming back to if you've got a craving.
Visited Orlando and found this great dim sum restaurant. Jim - the owner - was very nice and so welcoming all of the customers. Chit chat with Jim and found he moved from Boston to Orlando to escape the cold . He mentioned all dim sum items were hand made. They took time to cook them just right from your orders. When the food came out, they were so yummy and authentic. I traveled around Asia Hong Kong, Singapore, China and tasted so many amazing Chinese dim sum places. Ming”s Bistro is in the top 10 in my book. Highly recommend if you look for dim sum dishes while visiting Orlando.
Small Chinese restaurant.but big taste in Chinese dim sum. I was there a few years ago. Forgot this place. But the last few times when I was in Orlando areas. I cannot find a great Dim sum restaurant.Ming Bistro is the one . When you are Hungary for big taste Chinese dim sumFood: 5/5
Five stars for food, which is really what I care the most about. I do wish they were a little more detailed on their menu because of dietary restrictions. I loved everything, although I think my favorite was definitely the turnip dumplings. It can definitely be pretty crowded so you should expect a wait. It took us 15 minutes to be seated and we got food and tea pretty quickly.
Fav dim sum place in Orlando. Fast service and amazing food. Lo mein and steamed pork buns are the honorable mentions.
I came in today for take out an ordered a selection of dishes. Everything from the BBQ pork to dim sum was top notch. Everyone was very friendly and helpful for it was my first to try this restaurant. I was faithful to the place around the corner until their prices sky rocketed. The prices at Ming's were fair so will continue to eat here in the future.
