have been here a few times also with wife. Nothing fancy about the place but their Lo Mein is very tasty and we always order our food extra hot. This has become our go-to place for Chinese as we didn't find other restaurants in the area very tasty. Prices may seem a bit high but they put lots of veggies including mushroom in their servings

Yuck! People who give this place 4 stars must be smokers with no taste buds, or simply don't know what good Chinese tastes like. The so called chicken fried rice tastes horrible and you need a magnifying glass to find ANY chicken! Had a burnt, scorched taste and smell. I ordered sesame chicken and almond chicken and both tasted nasty! I wish I would have driven back from home to return it. Then on top of that, if you request the gravy from the almond chicken on the side instead of poured over the chicken at lunch time they charge you an additional .50. The egg roll was really greasy to the point I soaked a napkin squeezing the grease out. Didn't even bother eating that...Also, the lunch combo is a very small portion compared to the quantity you're used to getting at Chinese restaurants! Won't spend my money there anymore! Could list a half dozen better places to get Chinese from...

Decades of following folks full house everyday between 11am and 1pm dozens of lunch take outs,,, just what does that say. Very quaint dining area with plenty of parking at front door in strip mall.  Always a fantastic experience truly a hidden gem. Today dining solo started with Hot Sour Soup spot on delicious.  The lunch portion Shrimps Egg Foo Young with Rice and delicious Egg roll.  Got me favorite fresh squeezed Red Pepper Sauce bring on the heat. Great fast friendly service from a young guy with spiked hair like a peacock just had to laugh to myself ha ha. #mingsunrestaurant #melvindale #downriverfriendseat #shrimpeggfooyoung #hotsoursoup
