We got scammed. They double changed us and didn’t want to pay our money back. Watch out for the staff behind the counter. 
Don’t buy anything here. 
Also we saw a mouse in the chips shalve.

Unbelievably terrible customer service!  Truly the worst.  I bought a pair of goggles that were clearly broken and had no deal to keep water out.  I brought them back 30 minutes after I bought them.  I asked for a refund because all they had was the same brand.  When they refused I asked to exchange them in the hope maybe another pair would actually work.  They refused to even let me exchange them.  To top it off they accused me of breaking them and claimed they 'obviously  weren't broken when I bought them'!!! They were cheap $8 goggles made in China that came in cardboard packaging.  How were they obviously not broken when I bought them?  There is practically a store on every block in Niagara Falls that sells exactly what this store does.  My advice is to go anywhere else, it can't possibly be any worse than this place!

Biggest rip off in Niagara 
I live here in the falls and i came here all the time to buy smokes or anything else because its around the corner from my place and open 24 hours . So i have years coming to this place.  To the point where the day  staff knows me by name. 
They used to take the tourist tax off for me because i  am local . 
I noticed that a new red haired women was hired on midnights . 

First few times i asked for her to take the tax off she played dumb and said she didnt know how too .
Let me point out one of these times she played dumb she even asked me for a smoke and i gave her one. 
Then i stopped in during the day and asked the manager if she could train the new staff on midnights and she said of course she would   
The next night i went in there at night and the lady with red hair was there  (sorry i don't know her name and no name tag ) she took the tax off without me asking then said "don't go telling people i do this for you please , I'm like the tax nazi here" 
I come in tonight and she looks upset already that she had to get up to serve me .   
I asked for the tourist tax off and she said "i can't my boss is yelling at me because of it " 
Meanwhile that same boss is the one i spoke with weeks prior . 

Look i get it ,its a tourist trap . 24 hours and close to everything . If tourists dont want to make the trip for cheaper stores and pay double or even triple prices at this place thats fine.  
But for 8 months out of the year when this place is a ghost town and they need locals business like mine they are going to be screwed and that same "tax nazi" will get laid off because business is down . 

Dont take your anger out on customers . They do pay your wage and some of them (like me ) do it year round . 
Never again will i go here . I'llmake the extra trip down the street where they are friendly and always consistent and fair . 
See you in January when you have no job "tax nazi"

Charged me $11.75 for 2 bags of ice. When I gave US dollars she wouldn't convert. And then gave me CA change. So she even double dipped. Don't go.
