1/5 because they lack simple curtesy.
Firstly the service techs/consultants at Mini are great here, been here several times, techs were helpful and knowledgeable 5/5.  I am giving them 1 star not because i waited 3 hours for diagnostics, and charged $140, but feeling sick i forgot my wallet at home 10 min away.  I asked the cashier if i could take the car home and charge my card the 140 over the phone...she was told by the manager that i had to either go to a bank on foot (miles away..and with no wallet) or call someone to bail me out!!  I had to disturb my wife while nursing our 2 month old first child on the phone to pay a diagnosing fee!!!  Very poor curtesy for a loyal customer!!!

The best people. Felt like we knew each other for years. Gave my son a bunch of free goodies. When It's time for a new Mini that's  were I'm headed

After moving to upstate N.Y. from Long Island  I was worried that I would have a hard time finding a Mini dealer to service my wife's 2013 Mini. We came to Mini of Dutchess County and could not be happier. Mark the service manager has been a joy to deal with as has all the staff we have come in contact with. This is truly how a dealership should be run.

I had a chance to find what I was looking for on eBay at this location.  I contacted Spiro and he gave me the correct information on what I needed to do on my end.  Every detail was covered from insurance to finally picking up my 2012 Rav4 V6 with 31000 miles.  He took pictures of the very minor like a scratch and even measured it with a quarter.  After all the details were complete and you always wonder about buying a car you have not seen and one from the internet there were NO surprises except one.  The car looked and drove better then what I anticipated.  Having had almost the same model with the same motor I knew what to expect.  Mini of Dutchess County could not have a more detailed person then Spiro.  Thank you for taking the time and paying attention to detail as you do so I could drive away in my quality purchase being a very satisfied costumer.  So if your looking to buy in person or from the internet don't hesitate, this is a very safe place and one of the most modern car dealerships I have ever seen.  Thanks Spiro for your hard work.  My 700 miles home was a pleasure
