Had to get a recall fixed on my 2003 Mini Cooper. When called in there was actually two recalls and they got us in the next morning and had my Mini fixed by 4 pm that day. When we went to go pick it up I noticed that it was even cleaner than when I dropped it off! They were really nice and they did not try to sell anything to us to try and fix something else on the car (which there is a few things that need to be fixed). All in all, fast and easy experience!!

Any issue that comes up, the service team is always there to answer my questions and get everything fixed fast and correct. Steve Pham is my go to guy and he has always gone above and beyond making sure everything goes smoothly and at the best possible price for both parties. I'll always use Mini of Tempe for mu mini maintenance.

Moved here with a Mini so I've only interacted with the service dept.  Easy scheduling on-line.  Wi-Fi while waiting or loaner cars for longer service.

Fantastic service!  I've been seeing Josh for service on my Hardtop for a few years now and he has always been accommodating and knowledgeable with low pressure.  He will certainly recommend the service necessary and emphasize what is important, however I do not feel pressure to buy any service like my experiences at other dealerships in the past.  
Also, I usually have my vehicle detailed elsewhere but due to time restraints decided to have it done while I had my vehicle in for service.  In the future, I will most likely bring my car only here for detail as the work performed performed was much better than usual!  I was very impressed with the detail as well as the outstanding service Josh always provides and will definitely consider staying in the Mini family as long as there are people like this to service my needs.

Great customer service in their maintenance services department! They always stick to schedule, communicate changes and allow me to borrow a loaner for the day. Every time I come pick up my car it is always ready to go and they even wash it for me!
