This was the second time I had used San Anselmo Mini-Storage. And while they used to be a great place in the past, they have let their standards slip. I had to move my belongs to another storage place after problems with rats and flooding damaged numerous items. They have no insurance to cover damaged items or require renters to get insurance. While Tony seemed very apologetic, the lady at the front counter dismissed the rat infestation and told me that they were only notifying people whose storage areas they believed the rats were nesting in. I was the eleventh person to report the presence of rats.  All told I have thousands of dollars worth of damage to items and would never use or recommend  them again

If you like it clean, friendly and safe....this is a wonderful community storage that is great for families, self-employed, artists, musicians and businesses. I have rented at Mini Storage San Anselmo for 5 years and for me, the location is perfect, and it is a very friendly place!
