Apparently this is one of the many Miniso stores that will be opening in Canada.  They are famous especially in Asia. The products they carry are designed in Japan but made in China, apparently.  The store is supposed to compete with the likes of Dollarama, although the store is not as big as Dollarama. Prices found were as low as $1.49.  Quite a few knickknacks can be found. They have plushy toys to housewares. Located on the lower level right across Starbucks. Parking is available.
