I work for a dealer that is very reputable and have personally used Minnco Credit Union in Cambridge for 15 plus years when it comes to lending. As of today our dealer ship and all personal loans will be brought to another credit union due to VP of Lending Mark Faydo. Mark Faydo the VP of lending was very rude and disrespectful towards myself and our dealership and told us "Quote: there is many other credit unions out there, go use them" he must really care about his position as Vice president of Lending at Minnco credit Union. "That should really make a person think" Our dealership did a loan through them and the customer had some problems with the vehicle and in return did not make his payments which caused his vehicle to get repoed. Due to the fact that the vehicle was repoed Mark Faydo decided that he would no longer work with our business even though we have sent Minnco hundreds of thousands of dollars in loans over the past few years. If I were you I would seriously look at some of these reviews and what the consumers are saying before making a decision to use this credit union.

Everything is just fine when you're paying them two payments at once on your auto loan regularly. God forbid though you have any hick ups. I had a super difficult winter and communicated with them. 40 days late and I'm paying them this week and they threaten to repo my truck? It's not as though I WANT to be late, or I am actively trying not to pay them. I even let them know what's going on and the woman was just cruel about it. Then when I pay them up to date and an additional payment forward this week I'm sure we'll be best friends again. Just another money hungry bank. I'll let my truck go and file a bk before I give that bank another dime, or deal with Sherry again. I even spoke with a lawyer that had nothing but bad things to say about their loan department.

Tonight I had a really unfortunate experience with one of your locations. I was a new member and was looking to open an account with your office, I walked in at 4:15 unaware that specific location closed at 4:30. I asked for assistance in setting up an account in which one of the ladies up front pointed me to a back cubicle for assistance from Jennifer. When I sat down and explained what I was looking to achieve I was incredibly disappointed in what she said in return. She informed me that loction closes in 10 minutes and she didn't have time to help me. She then picked up a phone and spoke with another location in Cambridge and proceeded to tell me to go there. My currents bank takes customers up until the very last minute and will help them regardless of the situation to the best of their ability, the fact that I was turned away from opening an account with you because your employee was in such a hurry to get out of there was incredibly disappointing. "I don't have time for this" then perhaps she shouldn't be helping people ... I went to the other location in which the lady there was more than helpful and I wish I could remember her name because she deserved to be acknowledged for her help.

I love my local Andover Minnco! Everyone is so friendly. Especially Toni the drive through teller. They always know who I am by name, are very personable and help with all my needs quickly.
